La Casa Tapas & Wine was launched in December 2023 by husband and wife team Caroline Boyle Dimitrova and Alex Dimitrov. Both of us have vast experience in the hospitality industry spanning over 50 years, and have ran numerous establishments over the years.

We have a particular interest in tapas and are delighted to present our interpretation of spanish tapas to the Claremorris community and surrounding areas. We have worked together for over 12 years in Dublin,  winning numerous awards for our work. Notably, Best Mediteranean Restaurant  in Ireland four years in a row and overall best restaurant in Ireland in 2019, to name but a few.

La Casa Tapas & Wine is ideally located on Dalton Street in Claremorris beside the leisure centre and bus stop, which is central to a variety of routes including the new City link service direct to Dublin Airport.

The restaurant itself is warm and inviting with a rustic feel. The concept has been created by us to give you the distinct feel of being in a modern venue that incorporates a feeling of being in any city in the world from the moment you step inside.

We are very pleased to include in our dishes fresh, quality local produce as well as products from Spain. Our motto is quality and the focus is on creating tasty innovative dishes to suit every palette while reflecting the culture of Spain. Alex has a diverse cooking experience so special dishes  are a regular feature at la Casa. We have dilligiently sourced our wines and put together a wine list that prodominantly features Spanish wines as well as Cava and Sangria but also includes wines from other regions. We have Estrella Damm from Barcelona on draught as well as Heineken. Our bottled beer list also includes Estrella Galicia and Victoria.
